How to create custom message with variables for order notifications

Use Case: To create message flow that contains shop variables and can be sent to customers that need to be notified. For example, a message flow that contains order number, order status, recipient name, shipping address, etc.

Step 1

When drafting a message flow, click the button on left to view shop variables. Select a shop that you are using.

Step 2

It will show a list of variables that can be used in the message flow. Each shop have different list of variables.

After done, save the message flow and you can use it in the shop notifications settings when selecting message templates.
