How to Hide/Show Columns

Step 1: Hover your cursor on the left navigation bar, then hover it to “Automation”, then click on “Keyword Reply”.

Step 2:

Click anywhere beside these row “Status”, “Message Condition”, “Keyword” and “Trigger Timeframe”.

Step 3:

These rows will appear the three dots and will automatically show the “Hide/ Show columns”.

Step 4 :

Click the “Show columns” and Toggle button against each column to show/hide that column.
