How to manage membership
Use Case: User can set up a points program for their customers to accumulate and redeem points for discounts, services, products, and more.
- Go to “CRM”, then click on “Memberships”.

- Click on “Manage Membership”, then fill in all the necessary fields.

For Point Adding System:
- Keyword - Set up a keyword that will let customer use to trigger the welcome text.
- Welcome text - This will be the message sent to customer once the keyword has been triggered.
- Confirmation text - This will be sent to customer once user confirm the addition of points from memberships list.
For Point Deducting System:
- Keyword - Set up a keyword that will let customer use to trigger the welcome text.
- Welcome text - This will be the message sent to customer once the keyword has been triggered.
- Confirmation text - This will be sent to customer once user confirm the deduction of points from memberships list.
- Memberships List To check and confirm customer point adding or deducting request, click on the membership points button. Once done, the membership points will be updated.
