How to Reintegrate with the Shop
Use Case: In this help doc, we'll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly reconnect your shop or online store to our platform. Whether you've encountered integration issues or simply need to refresh your connection, we've got you covered.
- Hover your cursor on the left navigation bar, hover it to “Shop”, then click on “Notifications”.
- Click on the three dots option, then click on “Relogin” and provide the required shop credentials to re-login. Note: For Shopline/ Shopline Global/ Shopee/ Tiktok Shop and Tiktok Inbox. User now can re-integrate these shops with chrome extension.(Tutorial about chrome extension can be viewed at the article title “How to install Shopline Global”)
