How to Test Order Notifications

Use Case: This help doc will help you in the testing of your order notifications. Whether you want to ensure that your customers receive accurate and timely updates on their orders or just verify that everything is working smoothly, we're here to walk you through the process.

Step 1:

Hover your cursor on the left navigation bar, hover it to “Shop”, then click on “Notifications”.

Click on [Edit]:

Step 2:

Enable “Output Testing” at the right-hand side and key the number you would like to send a test to, after that click “Save”.

Note: All notifications will be sent to the number that you have set up in the enable testing mode.

Step 3:　

Once you have finished testing, disable the 「Enable Testing」 button and click save.
