Important App Update: Introducing New Changes on ChatDaddy Effective August 9, 2023 ⛅
Dear our ChatDaddy users🙌:
We are excited to announce some major enhancements and additions to our app that will provide you with even more value and improved user experience. Here are the highlights of this release:
📝 New Message flow notes: You can now add notes to any message flow from the plus button in the top right corner. This will help you leave information for other team-mates.
📑 New Message flow meta data: You can now see more information about your message flows, such as adding an image to have its own thumbnail, add a description on the message flow itself, categorizing them based on its own industries and optimize them accordingly.
🖱️New Flow Picker: The information that you put in to metadata will be displayed on the flow picker along with new upgrades in the picker itself which includes filtering and sorting and whole new UI that provides more information and usability for users.
🔈Broadcast/keyword Reply/notifications UI revamp: We have redesigned the user interface for these features to make them more user-friendly and intuitive. Let us know what you think of the new upgraded layout!
🔎 Inbox filters/search upgrade: We have enhanced the inbox filters and search functionality to help you find and sort your messages faster and more accurately. Let us know what you think of the User Experience!
🤖 AI ChatBot (launch as beta): Train a GPT powered bot with some company specific data (like websites, pdfs etc.) that users can chat with and connect it to a channel to make it respond automatically to queries.
🏠 Home Page: A place for beginner users to access the onboarding menu to familiarize themselves with the app, and also access the dashboard/analytics.
- Contacts page has been separated into it's own module when viewed using the sidebar
🐞 Bugs and App Stability: A lot of bug fixes and system stability improvements which will continuously be improved after the launch.
