Why was my message flow triggered multiple times in a conversation?
If your message flow has been triggered multiple times in a conversation, here are the steps to troubleshoot:
- Kindly check any other automation setup is enabled and using the same message flows, this includes: keyword reply, offline bot, WhatsApp auto reply.

- Kindly check the trigger frequency settings of each automation, if the frequency is set to no limit, this will allow recipient to trigger the message flows unlimited times.
- Sometimes it could be recipient's message triggered a few active automations, disable them will resolve the issue.
