Connection issues with ChatDaddy
Factors affecting connection status
- Mobile phone's network condition
- WhatsApp version
- WhatsApp Web is opened (WhatsApp web and ChatDaddy cannot be used at the same time)
Step 1:
Wait for five minutes, if it doesn’t improve after five minutes, please continue down
Step 2:
Click the Refresh button in the upper left corner of the page or press "F5" on the keyboard to refresh the page.
If this doesn't solve your problem, Please continue reading
Step 3:
Please check whether WhatsApp on your phone can send and receive messages normally, if it is normal, please continue down
Step 4:
Please make sure you and your team members don't use WhatsApp Web, because WhatsApp Web and ChatDaddy cannot be used at the same time
If not, please continue down
Step 5:
Download the latest version of WhatsApp in the App Store and install it
If this does not solve your problem, please continue down
Step 6:
1)Click on the button「Channel」at the top right corner
2)Click「Disconnect」
Note : Disconnecting will disconnect the connection between your Whatsapp and Chatdaddy
3) Click「Connect」to reconnect your Whatsapp
