Usecase:
Most of our clients would set this up to reply customers out of office hours Example : our keyword automated system will help you reply your customers from 7PM to 9AM Step 1:
Press the「Keyword Automation」icon, then click on 「Keyword Reply 」 Step 2:
then press 「+New Bot 」button at the upper left corner
Step 3:
then click on「Reply with Messages」this is where you set up the template for your automated reply Note : please remember to keep "IF Message Contains" empty so that our system could reply to any keywords given
Step 4:
this bar is where you could add a new template or use the existing if you do not have an existing template do click the add button on the upper right corner
Step 5:
this is where you could add 「 the message for the automation」and 「the name of your message template」
Step 6:
at 「Detect if Time of Day Between」choose the time you desired
Example 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Step 7:
at「Limit Trigger」is where you set how many times do you want our automation to send your message template Exmaple if it is set to "once per hour" when a customer says "Hi“ our automation would reply with your message template when the same customer says "Hi" our automation would not reply however when the same customer comes back and say "Hi" again, our automation would reply based on the setting you had given In the end click「Save」 and we are done
