1. What is tag? and how do I tag a chatbox?
Tags are a kind of tag for you to sort and identify your clients for better management and sometimes for broadcast marketing usage
Step 1: Click「Select tags」, when a drop down list appear, you may click the tag you have set up
Step 2: At the left hand side, you will be able to see your tags and filter out the tags that you have tagged on your clients
2.How to edit/create「Message Flow」in Inbox
How to use message template during live chat
Step 1:
On ChatDaddy’s page, go to “Inbox”,and select a chat that you would like to contact
Step 2:
- At the chat box panel, type in “ / “ this will trigger the 「Message Flow」box to appear and you may scroll around and find the message flow that you have set up
- Or you may directly search for the message flow that you have set up previously by /“name” of the message flow and it will automatically appear. For example, if your message flow name is “ChatDaddy User Guide”, if you type “/user”, all message flow with the keyword “user” will appear for your selection.
c. Edit a new message flow in inbox:
You could also directly click the pen icon to edit your existing message flow.
Edit your message flow and wait for it to be autosaved Note: User can refer to the message flows last saved time at the autosave message to ensure changes have been made
d. Creating a New message flow:
You can create a new message flow by clicking on the「Create New」button, the panel will appear for you to create a new message flow.

Yes. For example, if we add A and B tags to a contact. Then no matter A or B whether we choose , we'll see this contact.
