User case:
If you have three shops, three teams, and now the A1 agent is already in team A, but you want to add A1 also to team B, then you can refer to this tutorial
Steps Guide | 具體操作
- Click on inbox , then click on「Invite Teammate」
- Select your team member’s role then click the small circle icon and you are allowed to choose as your Admin, Editor, Agent and Viewer.
To invite directly:
Enter your team member’s phone number with country code and click on the [Invite] button, an invitation message will be sent to your team member’s phone.
To invite with URL:
(i) Copy the generated URL by clicking at the [Copy] button.
(ii) Go to your team member’s chat and send the generated URL
Note: You will need to ask your team members to sign up first using the link, and they will see the team invitation
- Once your team member clicks the link they will be able to choose「Yes」or「No」
- After accepting the request, your team member needs to click on「Switch Team」to access your team’s inbox.
- Search the name of your teams in the search bar, and you have invited successfully!
2. Assign your team members to different Chat
Click on "Not Assigned" ,for a dropdown panel of team members, after assigning your team members「XXX assigned this chat to YYY」. The current “Not assign” panel will display the assignee of the Chat
- Able to see who sent the message
When multiple team members manage a chatbox, we will be able to see which team member sent which message at which team.
