Steps Guide
Step 1:
Click on「Keyword Automation」 on the side bar (looks like a little robot),click on「Create」and a new panel will appear
Step 2:
Here you will be able to set the rules of your keyword reply, rules including : Message Exactly Is“,”Message Contains Text“ and“Message Contains”, ”Message Starts With“

- Message Exactly Is: The text sent by the customer must be exactly the same as the text in the Keyword, and the system will trigger the message flow
- Message Contains Text: The message sent by the customer must contains the certain text that you set up in the Keyword, and the system will trigger the message flow
- Message Contains Phrase:The message sent by the customer must contain a certain phrase that you have set up in the keyword and the system will trigger the message flow
- Message Starts With:The message sent by the customer must start with a certain text that you set up in the Keyword, and the system will trigger the message flow
Step 3:
response with a message flow that you have set up corresponding to the keyword you have set up
Step 4:
after setting up you may click「Save」
